At Philadelphia University, we are committed to making a high-quality, professional education affordable for every qualified student. If meeting educational costs is a concern, we encourage you to apply for financial aid, regardless of family financial circumstances. Over 90% of our students receive aid in the form of grants, loans, campus employment and/or scholarships.
On September 9, 2016, leadership from Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University signed an agreement approved by both Boards of Trustees to combine the two institutions. We are working together with a variety of agencies, including the Department of Education, to complete all necessary regulatory processes. While you will continue to communicate with the PhilaU admissions and financial aid counseling staff, in order to ensure a seamless integration of financial aid funds, we recommend that you list the federal school codes for both Philadelphia University (003354) and Thomas Jefferson University (013549) on your 2017-18 FAFSA form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at 215-951-2940, 800-951-7287 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
