Welcome Page
The College of Architecture and the Built Environment offers a comprehensive learning environment that addresses all aspects relating to the design and construction of our man-made environment, as well as in-depth analyses of how these surroundings relate to and reflect human activity. The built environment is not only a collection of practical structures, but is a physical demonstration of how we live and what our values are. We are deeply concerned about our impact on the natural environment and how we preserve and restore the icons of our culture.
In the College, students gain the ability to achieve the cultural significance that designers, clientele and society collectively desire for the built environment.
The College of Architecture and the Built Environment provides specialized instruction that emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and project-based learning across the disciplines.
